Had ordered 2 tender coconut ice creams and received only 1. Payment was done via UPI. Have been using this platform for years..and this is the first time I’m experiencing something like this. I had called the NATURALS ICE CREAMS OUTLET at Kuravankonam, Trivandrum and enquired about the failure to deliver my order. Their explanation was that they did not see the “X2” that comes after “tender coconut”. I have been waiting for more than 1 hour and haven’t received the order yet. I’m a Zomato gold user and I usually receive a coupon for all delayed deliveries. Such irresponsible attitude from the outlet is never acceptable since these are the basic things that a store requires. How can someone even deliver ice creams whenever they want to. I’m not paying to eat at the time the store decides. VERY DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SUBSTANDARD SERVICE ??
