Few staff.... Place is messed... No cleaning at all.. Although Naturals is a big brand...this outlet is not up to the mark... I'm from pune and visited many outlets of Naturals there... All were amazing and the staff was attentive.. I'm disappointed with the Alkapuri outlet......

This place is definitely worth a visit and busy one, offering fruit flavoured ice creams. The sugar is light which I really enjoyed. The flavours were also light and that's what appealed to me the most. Some of the flavours were not available Taste -10/10 Variety - Good Service-9/10 Overall, highly recommended
