We had ordered 500 gms.sitafal ice-cream from Rajkot's Naturals ice cream shop through swiggy, when open the begs, we found that container seal was broken and quantity was less, very disappointing, when approached the shop, they offered replacement, but when we gave the box they asked for the box in same condition as it's not possible as ice-cream was suspicious.we have already sent the photographer of broken seal, and icecream quantity so we throw it to dustbin, we gave the empty box, they denied the replacement on pretext that we have to sent this to company. So be careful
