Natural Ice Cream in Viman Nagar, Pune, is pure bliss! I stopped by this iconic spot, and wow, it’s a vegetarian ice cream lover’s paradise. The Tender Coconut was so creamy and refreshing, with real coconut bits—mind-blowing! The Sitaphal had that perfect pulpy sweetness, and the Mango tasted like summer in a scoop. Every flavor feels so fresh, made with just fruits, milk, and sugar—no artificial stuff. The cozy, colorful vibe with fun graffiti walls makes it such a happy place to chill. The staff were super friendly, and the service was quick, even with a crowd. Located at Riddhi Enclave, it’s easy to find near Phoenix Market City. With flavors like Chickoo, Roasted Almond, and Coffee Walnut, there’s something for everyone. This place lives up to its 40-year legacy! Courtesy 101, while the staff in general might be nice, but they seriously need some courtesy lessons. The staff who was supposed to scoop the ice cream and give it to the customer, forgot to do his duty probably or i don't know what he was waiting for. He scooped the ice cream and put it in a cup and was waiting to melt befpre handing it over to us. So i had to ask maybe twice before he cud handover. Idk people have largely better reviews at this place and i am discounting it as a one off instance. But this is something they should be wary off, hence the review.!
