Visited the Naturals Ice Cream outlet at DLF Mall of India in Noida recently, and I must say it was a disappointing experience. I had always heard good things about this brand, so I was quite looking forward to trying it. Unfortunately, the visit turned out to be underwhelming on several counts. First of all, the seating area was not maintained properly. The tables were sticky and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There were bits of tissue and melted ice cream on a couple of them. What shocked me the most was seeing a cockroach crawling under one of the tables. That’s not something you expect to see in a reputed outlet, especially one located in a high-end mall. Coming to the ice cream itself, I ordered a single scoop of what was supposed to be a signature flavor. It tasted average at best. Nothing extraordinary, and certainly not worth the hype. The portion was also very small for the price – ₹90 for a small scoop. With such steep pricing, the least one can expect is a clean environment and good service. There was no staff around to clean the tables or check on the hygiene of the place. The whole vibe felt neglected and not at all inviting. Overall, it didn’t feel like money well spent. I’d suggest the management take note of these issues seriously if they want to retain customer trust. I won't recommend.

We've been enjoying Natural Ice Cream for many years, and they’ve always maintained their quality and taste. One great thing is that you can try as many flavors as you want before choosing. The flavors are always fresh, and there’s a good variety to pick from. The only thing is that it’s a bit on the expensive side.
