I had a disappointing experience with my recent ice cream takeaway. I had ordered Sitaphal and Chocolate Fruit & Nut flavours, but after reaching home, I realized they had given me Tender Coconut instead of Sitaphal. Also, the Chocolate Fruit & Nut scoop was much smaller in size compared to the other one. Please pay more attention to order accuracy and portion consistency in the future. This was the second time where I came across such situation. The ice cream flavours and ambience are really good, and the staff were friendly and polite Issue is with takeaway.
