Naturals ice cream is always my favourite place to get a scoop. It's easily accessible, seating is good with plenty of space. Decor is good which adds to the ambience. Tasty ice cream with many flavours.

My family really love the taste of your ice cream and natural ice cream is our first choice when it comes to having an ice cream. But wanted to share todays incident, about the behaviour of your staff, for which i was shocked. I had order an half kg tender coconut tub alongwith two cone. Fistly your staff did not give me the tub in the polybag and after my request he gave me that. After that when i requested to put the cone into the boxes bcoz i wanted to carry it for my son. He firstly refuse to do the same and the manager there also supported him that the boxes are not fit for Cone, later i explained them that I am your regular customer and i have always taken the cone in box but today why you are refusing it. They said that cone doest not fit properly in boxes. When i said plz give me one and then we can see that the cone fits into the box or not. .....they both where shocked the cone was perfectly fixed in the box and after an unwanted argument they give me that too.....I was just wondering was that argument needed..... plz try and train your staff to be more professional and how to handover the product delightfully, so they can enjoy your delicious ice cearm. Hope this situation is not faced by any other customer in future. kindly take this as a suggestion and not a complain.
