Dear @Zomato,I'm extremely disappointed with the recent order from Natural Ice Cream. Not only did they deliver the wrong food item, but their contact number was unreachable. Moreover, instead of the kaju anjeer ice cream we ordered, they sent coffee ice cream, which my mother couldn't consume due to her fast. This experience was exacerbated by the poor packaging and spillage issues with the ice cream. This is unacceptable and one of the worst experiences I've had with Zomato. Please rectify this immediately.
