Hello, Naturals. We as a regular customer, were disappointed at this recent visit. We usually pick coffee walnut ice cream, but unfortunately the flavour has absolutely gotten worst, it isn't giving the earlier coffee taste anymore. The entire staff also tasted the same & they agreed too, except for the lady employee, as she was too rude to understand the issue because by this behaviour the Naturals will lose customers. To an extent the taste shall be compromisable but such poor behaviour is intolerant. As the staff adviced us to reach you'll out for the differences. Plz look into this matter. Thank you.
