Been living in NCR for years and have tried food pretty much everywhere. Visited Natraj Restaurant and tried Rajasthani Paneer and Rajasthani Chana Masala with Butter Tawa Roti along with Makhaniya Lassi. This was THE MOST delicious yet home like meal I've ever had at any restaurant. 10 out of 5 star quality. Absolutely loved it, most certainly a "Must Try" restaurant. Has a very beautiful balcony view and great open rooftop dining experience at night. Staff was very friendly and polite, have to say that every single individual we came accross in Jaiselmer was very nice and polite.
