I am not a native of Sangli and had visited the city purely for work. After seeing the good Google reviews, I decided to try this restaurant — and honestly, it turned out to be a big mistake. I ordered pav bhaji and dosa. At the first bite, the pav bhaji tasted good, but very quickly I realized something was wrong. It strongly felt like excess ajinomoto or soda was added to the food. Soon after eating, I felt unnaturally full and uncomfortable. The worst part started while returning home — I developed abdominal pain, which clearly points to poor food quality or harmful additives. This completely ruined my day. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. When you trust online reviews and choose a place while traveling, you expect at least basic food safety. Unfortunately, this restaurant failed badly. This was a terrible experience, and I will never visit this restaurant again. I would seriously not recommend this place to anyone, especially people who are visiting Sangli from outside and looking for safe, decent food.

Some hotels become overhyped and stop caring about service. We waited for a table from 9:40 PM to 10:00 PM and were finally seated at 10:00 PM, which was fine. Our food was served at around 10:20 PM. After that, the staff rushed us to place the entire order at once, saying the kitchen was closing. We were a group of 11 people, so this was unreasonable. The staff member, Firoz Khan, was rude and did not know how to ask customers politely. When I raised the issue, even the manager was arrogant. This hotel does not deserve the high ratings it has.
