Extremely Disappointed – Never Ordering Again I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves it. I ordered a blueberry cheesecake and what I received was stale, smelly, and completely inedible. The cake had a foul odor, clearly not fresh, and tasted like it had been sitting out for days. What’s worse is the blatant lies from your team claiming it was “freshly made.” If this is your idea of quality, it’s shameful. Please understand: food safety is not optional. Selling spoiled products is unacceptable, especially when customers are paying a premium. Your false assurances and poor quality have lost you a customer forever. My experience with Nathu's pastry shop was terrible..Tables were not clean and nobody was there to look after it..I ordered my food...sat there for so long but when I asked for it they clearly said ...will make it after some time because the concerned person is not here..Bengali sweets are far much better than this place..at least workers at Bengali Sweets respect your presence...
