Report incorrect information
The Restaurant has shut and a new Restaurant is coming up very soon in its place .
Went for dinner with friends and kids and ordered a decent variety of food. For starters KUMBH LAZEEZ MUSHROOMS & PANEER PUDINA TIKKA were nice. We added FORMAGGIO POPPERS and they were also decent.
For main course we ordered PIZZA's - MARGHERITA & ORTOLANA. They took ages and ages to get the ORTOLANA after atleast 4-5 reminders. We also had SPAGHETTI ALLA CREMA DUI PESTO which was nice and with that we called for RISOTTO PRIMAVERA and GNOCCHI CASALINGA. Overall it was average taste of the food and they have small portions surely of pastas and risottos.
We also had few mocktails which were quite refreshing - MIMOSA BAC-TAIL, VIGRIN MOJITO, PEACH ICED TEA, POMEGRANATE SPRITZER.
The staff had to be constantly pushed and reminded to get the food and drinks. They were extremely slow. When I complained this , they just said sorry and wont happen again. How can they expect us to come after such a bad experience. After so much also they didnt try to make it up for this and were pretty normal about it. Very very disappointing.
The grand finale was we paid more than Rs1000/- as different taxes for a bill of Rs.4000/-. This is insane, I mean 20% overall taxes for a such slow and pathetic service and ok ok food.
Overall very big let down and disappointing experience.
