I visited this branch of Nandhiniee Sweets on 5.4.2023. The shop looked clean and well maintained. I was there briefly to have Basundhi. It was tasty and served quickly. This review is more about the female staff member who was at the cash counter and also served me at that time. During my short conversation with her about my visit to chennai to attend to an ailing family member, she went out of the way to reassure me that all will be well and that she would pray for a quick recovery. She didn’t have to do this and did so with a warm and genuine smile. I didn’t take her name, but she is a perfect example of great service
