Worst ever service was provided by your team. We had booked hall and food for 140 members. Your team promised to manage if extra people arrive and later I have to pay difference amount.
Total 185 members attended event. Not even 100 members received proper food and service. Me and my parents completely lost our divinity in my family circle.
Your arrogant manager charges 700/person and he say we serve limited food. Tell me one thing if you invite guests to your home and after serving food will say “eat in limit” ?
Shortage of food is another thing but your team didn’t service food which was available properly. Guests used to individually begged your team to serve food.
Never seen worst service like this. People who all attended this event lost trust and faith in Nandhini. Don’t ever lose brand value and don’t repeat this to other customers.
