I had a great experience at this place! The meals were very, very good—flavorful, fresh, and satisfying. The staff were also incredibly kind and professional. I accidentally spilled my juice, and to my surprise, they replaced it without charging me anything extra. That kind of service really stood out. Overall, a wonderful experience. Maybe my feedback and rating will not matter to this restraurant as its a large chain. But, i would want to share my experiences here in the past and lately. Nandhana Palace Kammanahalli was a go to restaurant for me in Kalyanagar/Kammanahalli. The food was delicious. i used to frequent and order delivery very often. Recently i have been taken aback with the quality of food and customer service. had 2 back to back bad experience. the last 2 instances i ordered food from Nandana Palace Kammanahalli via Swiggy. The Swiggy app mentioned after the designated time that hotel has confirmed food ready. In both instances the Delivery agent was there on the location and waited almost an hour for the food to be handed over stating food was not ready. Now when i received the food, the food was cold(Naan, Butter Chiken, panner butter Masala). COLD was what i would say it was. So i feed the food was ready but not handed over. Please look at your delivery management as i donot see it as an issue with the Delivery firm but its your inefficiency. I would refrain from ordering home delivery from Nandana Palace Kammanahalli. I am still rating as 2 due to my historical experience. But if i had a chance to rate customer service, I would rate it lower. Food: 2

The Quality pf service and food has degraded,
The staff needs proper training on how to treat customers, We had been for family lunch the server named Krishna ruined it, had a very bad experience , I have been nandhana for over 25 times , and this probably me my last and will also avoid ordering online,

And will also tell me friends to avoid for their armature staff behavior, and unhygienic serving skills, lost money and happiness great job nandhana and team
