While the exterior might mislead you, trust me - everything else is worth your time and money invested in visiting this place. The rooms, clean and tidy with an unmatched view of Lake Tapola. The service - Top notch. Food was tasty. Martin, the caretaker in very well versed with the surroundings and was always everready to help on any queries and quick to check upon my needs. The only issue I have is the approach road gravel. Please put some tar on it. As a solo biker, my 165kg bike almost skid and fell due to my fat back tyre losing control on the gravel. Apart from that, I enjoyed my stay and would happily return again. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 4

Don't be misled by the high ratings; it's unclear how they received over 4.5 stars. The rooms are quite ordinary and not well-maintained. The food and service are just okay. During my stay, there was a power outage that lasted the entire night, and they had no backup generator, only providing candles. The photos of the location are outdated and do not reflect its current condition. You can find other resorts with similar rates with better options. Rooms: 2 Service: 2 Location: 4
