It was pathetic experience, in starting it was great restaurant but as it growing the quality of food is pathetic, from last 2 Times whenever I had food I fall sick seriously... First I thought it was just coincides but second time I understood the reason which was bad quality of food Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Disappointing Experience at Nanaksar Dhaba, Dewas Naka! We stopped by for lunch, hoping for a satisfying meal. Unfortunately, Nanaksar Dhaba fell short. Ordered Paneer Tikka Masala, but received Angara Paneer instead. When I complained to the waiter, he denied the mistake, claiming it was the correct order. Only after involving the owner did they replace the dish, but with a compromised version - gravy only, no tikka paneer! At billing, the staff revealed a shocking "twist": they have TWO types of Paneer Tikka Masala (normal tikka and tandoor tikka). This feels like a scam to deceive customers. Concerns: 1. Wrong order fulfillment 2. Unprofessional staff behavior 3. Misleading menu information 4. Lacking transparency Suggestions: 1. Improve order accuracy 2. Train staff to handle customer complaints efficiently 3. Clarify menu options to avoid confusion 4.
