I had the same experience when I ordered Strawberry tarts and Lemon tarts from them. I order 24 tarts and paid over 4000/- for them. They were big, stodgy, tasteless and very sad to look at. I complained to Namrata and her response was for me to arrange sending a sample back and then she would decide if it matched my complaint. I repeatedly told her as customer service that she should be the one arranging to pick it up and be much more forthcoming in responding to the complaint given the size of the order. She actually told me that I was being difficult! I think I was so stunned at not only the AWFUL taste and quality of her produce, and then the haughty and oblivious nature of her customer service that after trying to resolve the issue, I just dropped it. After travelling for three weeks, I have returned to Mumbai and chanced upon these poor reviews and it reinforced my experience.
