Last week one morning, I ordered idly with vada and waited for about 20 minutes. During delivery, the waiter was very impolite — he placed the idly on the table in a disrespectful manner, as if serving to a street dog. I complained to the cashier, but he didn’t respond properly and only refunded my money. The owner should seriously look into this matter or consider replacing such staff, as their behavior can spoil the good name of the hotel.
