SLN Palav, Sabbakki dose and sabbakki idly are must have if you are visiting this place. Raita is the general accompaniment for pulao until I had Namma SLN palav which serves with fresh ground chutney and changed my perception. The combination is just perfect, flavours and spice levels are delicately balanced. One may call it as masala rice instead of palav since this iteration doesn't accompany vegetables but the show stopper is the flavourfull rice which is soft and envelopes your palate. Dont miss their sabakki idly and sabbakki dosa as well which are made using dill leaves which are excellent and delicious to taste with some ghee on top.
