We visited Namaste Mewar for lunch and had a very disappointing experience. We ordered Malai Kofta, two Butter Rotis, and one Cheese Garlic Naan. Instead, they served us Gatte ki Sabji, Butter Roti, and what seemed like a plain Garlic Naan. We informed them that the order was incorrect, but even after taking it back, they repeatedly brought the wrong bread. This happened three times.On top of that, the Malai Kofta we finally received tasted terrible. When we shared our concerns at the counter, the staff showed no interest or accountability. The overall service and food quality were extremely poor, and the attitude of the staff made it even worse. This experience was far from acceptable.
