Ordered Khao Suey on Zomato and the outlet forgot to send me noodles. I called them and Mr. Randeep told me that it’s impossible since he packed the noodles in the order himself. Since blaming me didn’t work, he started blaming the delivery rider for stealing a tiny box of plain noodles, even though I informed him that I received a sealed packet. After the call was disconnected, he realised that he genuinely forgot to add the noodles and added double noodles in a different order. He promised to send me noodles separately but it’s been an hour and I’m still waiting. That may be because he spent most of his time telling me not to write a review. Now the outlet won’t take my calls and for lunch, I have a bowl of curry and a lot of poor treatment from the Namaste Asia outlet.
