It's a pleasant experience to order good masala dosa and nicely cooked idli. Great coffee will make your meal tastier and you'll surely come back. A number of people have noticed that the staff is appealing here. If you want to experience cool service, you should go to this restaurant. From the guests' viewpoint, prices are affordable. Highly recommendwd place for south indian food lovers. The food quality and portion is wonderful. Its genuinely value for money. Ambiance is good as well as neat and clean. Staff is courteous and explains the menu clearly. Service is quick. Wash basins are neat and clean. *Disappointing Experience at Namaskaram Oota - Needs Improvement* I recently visited Namaskaram Oota, a South Indian restaurant located in front of Ambikapurush Junwani Road, Pushpak Nagar, Bhilai. Unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory. During my visit, there was no electricity in the premises, and the restaurant lacked an alternate power arrangement, like an inverter. Even after the electricity was restored, the AC didn’t function properly, leaving the restaurant quite hot and uncomfortable – especially since they serve spicy South Indian dishes, which are naturally hot in nature. We initially ordered dosa, but the staff refused to serve it, which showed a lack of efficiency in the kitchen. They only had button idli, plain idli with sambar, and medu vada available, which was quite limiting for a South Indian restaurant. When we ordered, the waiting time was unusually long. Even when we asked for chutney and sambar, they took a considerable amount of time to serve, indicating a lack of sufficient staff or coordination. It seems like the restaurant has invested in social media marketing, but it would be better if they focused more on the **quality and quantity** of food, as well as staff training. To our surprise, while we were waiting, they served dosa to other customers, and upon complaining, their response only highlighted further inefficiency. Moreover, the portion sizes were quite small considering the price, and the staff appeared untrained and unorganized. In its current state, **Namaskaram Oota** needs significant improvements in terms of service, staff training, and overall customer experience. I hope they take these points seriously and work on them to provide a better dining experience in the future.
