While the food was undeniably excellent, the overall experience was deeply disappointing due to the staff’s behavior and poor service. From the moment we arrived, the staff seemed judgmental, openly discussing guests among themselves in loud voices that disrupted the dining atmosphere. It felt intrusive and unprofessional. The worst part was their refusal to pack the extra food we ordered, citing that liquid items like sambar couldn’t be packed. This reasoning felt inconsistent—if they can deliver the same items through Zomato, why not pack them for dine-in customers? Great food alone doesn’t make up for uncomfortable service. Sadly, this visit left a sour taste, and I wouldn’t recommend it unless the management seriously reconsiders how their staff treats guests. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
