Non-Delivery of Paid Food Order in Train... I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my food order placed with Naini Coffee House & Restaurant today (10-06-2025). Despite successfully making the payment of INR 522.9 for the order (Order ID: 4187983), did not receive my food delivery on the train (12149 - PUNE DNR EXPRESS, PNR: 8531715371, Seat: B7/57) at Delivery Station- Prayagrajcheoki My relatives were waiting at the seat, but the order never arrived. I attempted to contact Naini Coffee House & Restaurant on their phone 7054719479 (found from Google Map), but have not received a satisfactory response or resolution. After some time you stopped picking the phone. This experience has caused inconvenience, and I request an immediate action & resolution. Kindly ensure to initiate a full refund at the earliest. I also expect an explanation for this issue and measures to prevent such incidents in the future. I appreciate your urgent attention to this matter and look forward to your prompt response.
