I had an incredible experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The food was exceptional—vibrant flavors and beautifully presented dishes that left me wanting more. I particularly loved the fish dish., which was a true highlight. Visited today with my family from Varanasi. Short Summary for People With Limited Time - HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Better Spend Your Money In A Much Better Place to get the value which you expect from a restaurant after spending some ₹3000/- plus. Never again will we ever visit this OVERHYPED restaurant ever again. The last time when we visited, sometime ago, ironically the experience that time was very good. My father really liked the Yakhni Pulao that time. Today, from the very start, the lady who took our order, told us from the start that many items were not available. The ones that were so called available, were CANCELLED by them without even informing us while we were waiting for our food to arrive, and when we asked them the reason, they said that it was also not available. How would you like it dear readers of my review - if the glass in which you want to pour your water in from the bottle has "apparently" been just washed and NOT EVEN BEEN WIPED DRY. Food also took a very very long time to arrive, that too with a long gap between starters and main course. My mother who is a Vegetarian could not order anything from starters with no option and the one item from main course which she did order was just available in a "katori". To sum up, we had very high hopes from Naimat Khana. Utterly Disappointed. The price of food items and the service are not commensurate. All this while the owner was there in the restaurant today.
