I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent visit to your restaurant. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. After placing my order, I had to wait for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes before my food was served. Such an extended delay is something I have never encountered before. Additionally, the quality of the food did not meet my expectations. When I inquired about the delay, the staff did not provide a proper response. To make matters worse, I noticed that customers who arrived after me received their meals before I did, which indicates a lack of a proper first-order, first-serve process. This entire experience was frustrating and completely spoiled my mood. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work towards improving both your service efficiency and customer interactions. Timely service and courteous staff are essential for a positive dining experience. Exceptional experience at Naidu Gari Kunda Biryani - Bhimavaram! We booked their party hall for a family event and were blown away by the excellent service, delicious food, and warm hospitality. The Kunda Biryani was the star of the show - flavorful, aromatic, and cooked to perfection. The starters, especially the chicken and mutton dishes, were mouth-watering and left us craving for more. The party hall was well-maintained, spacious, and perfect for our gathering. The staff were attentive, courteous, and ensured that every guest felt special.
