I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent visit to your restaurant. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. After placing my order, I had to wait for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes before my food was served. Such an extended delay is something I have never encountered before. Additionally, the quality of the food did not meet my expectations. When I inquired about the delay, the staff did not provide a proper response. To make matters worse, I noticed that customers who arrived after me received their meals before I did, which indicates a lack of a proper first-order, first-serve process. This entire experience was frustrating and completely spoiled my mood. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work towards improving both your service efficiency and customer interactions. The way of receiving and handling with the customer is so good here from especially the manager here sulthan bhai. Durgarao was the one who served us and he’s behaviour is so humble and good. Must try Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
