Last 1.5 years multiple times stay in that hotel,But this manager is new join first time facing this type of experience..like OYO or other. I called the hotel room service and asked them to bring a plate. The restaurant manager responded in a rude tone, saying that there would be a charge for it. I asked him why he was saying that, and told him it's my choice to ask for it. I also asked when this rule was made, and he said it was implemented starting today.

It was my worst experience at Hotel Nagpal Regency. I attended a party and the staff who was serving were only looking for the empty utensils only. I ordered soup 2-3 times from one of the male staff but he was super busy that i have to personally take the soup myself. Service: 1
