This place offers one of the most authentic Naga cuisine experiences you can find in the city. I’ve visited many times, and it never disappoints. The highlight for me is their fresh pork cooked with dry bamboo shoot — it’s supremely flavorful and cooked to perfection. Their Naga Thali is another must-try, offering a wholesome variety of traditional dishes that truly reflect the essence of Naga culinary heritage. I also highly recommend their Axone (fermented soybean) with chicken — the aroma and depth of flavor are simply amazing. While the pricing is slightly on the higher side, I find it completely justified given the top-notch quality and generous quantity of food served. The ingredients are fresh, and the authenticity of flavors stands out in every bite. Whether you’re already a fan of Naga cuisine or exploring it for the first time, Naga Kitchen is a place that should be on your list.
