Food is good but I have 2 concerns. 1.When customer ask for parcel you charge extra money that is ok, but you providing Zomato Label on it, why should we pay for sponsored parcel packaging? You should provide plain parcel packaging. 2. Another snacks like Shira, Poha, Upma, Shabudana khichdi also serving at your shop entrance. Is it officially allowed by Nadbrahma Idli? Or it is private? Because the message going like Naadbrahma serving other snacks also..It is the question of reputation. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
