The hallmark of NYC. PIE Pizza is serving nicely cooked garlic pizza, chicken pies and spicy chicken wings. Try tasty cherry pie. It's nice to taste good margaritas or delicious wine. Visit this place for great coffee.

Their pizza is good but the problem is with their ordering/delivering process. I ordered yday for a lunch for guests and no order was confirmed for 2 hours. Their contact number was switched off. I'm a Zomato pro user and their customer service also was below par as they just asked me to keep waiting rather than canceling order. Finally I googled their different contact number which was also non functional and cancelled the order (for 10 ppl). Zomato representative wasn't aware that restaurant isn't taking order at any branch and when I informed them only then they cancelled the order and refund was initiated. Finally I had to order something else from swiggy while guests waited 1.5 hours. Embarrassing. And this is a usual problem with NYC pizza + Zomato. Why are they allowed to receive orders if they're not open / not reachable by customers.
My experience is that out 5/10 times you will face issues with order/delivery which is a very high rate of broken processes. Sorry to say that restaurant good food is getting overshadowed by their below par service but it really does spoil whole experience.
They use their own delivery executives whom you can't track on Zomato. The order being delayed by 45 minutes, nobody gives the correct status. One has to call repeatedly to find out about th order. Please be sure to check if they have delivery executives before actually placing an order.
As I write this, it's been 45 minutes over the scheduled delivery time; which, by the way, was 45 minutes in the first place.
I ordered classic margherita pizza with real cheese , it was so much tasty and spicy. Their prices are also economical and quantity was also wondering, enough for me.
Delivery was on time.
