I am offering this review for those with handicap and/or environment/food sensitivities Nue Cafe is located on the floor above Starbucks and there is a lift. However the pathway from parking to lift is rough and crumbly. Not suitable for the wheelchair-bound. However, it is accessible to those who can walk a bit with a walker etc. The Cafe is glassed-in with some pleasant views. I found a spot with nice views of a GHMC Monolith Park. I went on a weekday at brunch time. And it was a quiet experience and serene with a lot of potted plants. Servers are prompt and attentive. There are many healthy options including vegan and gluten-free. And they are yummy. Best of all, all their desserts are made of coconut sugar. I ordered a broccoli-pea soup, a choco almond-hazelnut-fig open toast, baked sweet potato fries, and a orange-lime spritzer. I enjoyed it.
