Unhygienic and Disappointing Experience at NTM Restaurant Yesterday afternoon, four of us visited NTM Restaurant with high hopes, but the experience turned out to be deeply disappointing. We ordered chili mushroom and four Kolkata-style mutton biryanis. While the chili mushroom was a bit too salty, the mutton biryani initially seemed fine. Unfortunately, the situation took a disturbing turn when we found strands of hair in three out of the four mutton biryani plates. We immediately informed the staff, who replaced the dishes. Shockingly, the replacement servings of mutton biryani also contained hair. At that point, we completely lost our appetite and decided to stop eating. When it came time to settle the bill, the staff only charged us for two mutton biryanis, saying it was a considerate decision made by the owner. However, we insisted on paying the full amount—not because we were happy with the experience, but because we didn’t want it to seem like we were trying to avoid paying for the food. This level of negligence and lack of basic hygiene is unacceptable in any restaurant. We won’t be returning, and we definitely wouldn’t recommend NTM Restaurant to anyone who values cleanliness and proper food safety. We are extremely sorry for ur bad experience what was unexpected form ourside also. U can check our other reviews also.. People are extremely happy with our food quality, service and ambiance. We deduced the food cost only because we didn't want to the charge for the food u didn't eat. U may not like our food but what kind of problems did u find regarding the service and ambiance... When our service team fully co operated with u... Here we feel there is big question arise about ur intention.
