My worst experience I think forever...my friend took a room in this residency..she (owner) is speaking rudely...other residency taking care of customer comfort ..but this residency taking care of owner comfort... Owner of this residency money minded only..I never recommend this residency

What a nightmare! We booked this residency based on its name since most hotels in Thanjavur were fully booked. I reserved an AC room for my family, and from the moment we stepped in, it was clear this was a mistake. Not only were the rooms dirty, but even the entrance and pathways looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The only redeeming factor was the AC, which seemed new, but everything else was poorly maintained. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.
