I recently dined at N Rich Spice (Rawat Hospitality, Navsari), and unfortunately, my overall experience was quite disappointing. I’m sharing this detailed feedback in the hope that the management will take it constructively and improve the quality of service for future guests. From the moment we were seated, the service was very slow and disorganized. The staff took a long time to take our order, and even after multiple reminders, the food was not served on time. There appeared to be no coordination among the serving staff, as orders were mixed up and one of our items was accidentally duplicated. When the food finally arrived, it was clear that there was no attention to proper serving etiquette or customer comfort. Some dishes were served cold, and others were delayed significantly. What was most concerning was that the ketchup provided was expired, which raises serious hygiene and food safety concerns. While the food taste itself was decent, the poor service, lack of professionalism, and unhygienic handling completely overshadowed the meal experience. A restaurant of this standard should ensure that all food products are fresh, staff are well-trained, and customers receive prompt and respectful service. I genuinely hope the management reviews these issues seriously— • Proper staff training for taking and serving orders, • Ensuring timely service, • Avoiding duplicate or missed orders, and • Strictly checking expiry dates and hygiene standards.
