I came to this store to book a birthday cake three days in advance. Their employee named LuvKush assured me that there is no need to book the cake as they are readily available all the time. Today is the birthday party, and i called the store to reconfirm the cake, but now they tell me its not available and they cannot do anything about it. They screwed up my birthday party because of their unprofessional and unreliable service and now i have to run around on my birthday to get another cake. Nik Bakers is not what it used to be once upon a time. Now they are way too commercialised and focus on money rather than service. Will never ever recommend Nik Bakers. Ovenfresh is way too better. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
