I regret to say that my recent visit to NH 67 Family Restaurant & 67 Arabian Mandi Kitchen was deeply disappointing. I ordered a tandoori chicken mandi for takeaway, and after a long wait of 47 minutes, I was eager to enjoy my meal. Unfortunately, the experience quickly soured when I opened the parcel. The tandoori chicken emitted a very bad smell, and the mandi rice was cold, suggesting it had been sitting out for some time. Concerned about the quality of the food, I contacted the restaurant to address these issues. The interaction was disheartening; the owner responded with anger rather than understanding. Although she acknowledged the chicken was not fresh and even offered to replace my order, the situation had already escalated as my 4-year-old nephew began vomiting after consuming the chicken. It is unacceptable for a restaurant to serve food of such poor quality, especially when it poses a health risk to its customers. The owner’s admission that the chicken was ordered the previous evening and still served the next day is troubling and indicates a serious lapse in food safety standards. Given these concerns about both the quality of the food and the management's handling of legitimate customer complaints, I cannot recommend NH 67 Family Restaurant & 67 Arabian Mandi Kitchen to others.
