The recipe for success of Nilgiri DHABA & RESTURANT is its good butter chicken, biryani and chilli chicken. The courteous staff welcomes visitors all year round. Fine service is something guests appreciate here. Appalling prices are not suitable for this this place. The spectacular atmosphere is to be found here. But this spot hasn't earned a high rating from Google users.

Had a terrible experience at NH44 DHABA for lunch today. We waited for almost 1hr 20 min after ordering without any food being served. The staff pretty much ignored us while we kept calling them. Eventually the "boss-like" guy told us, after we went to him and repeatedly asked, that their tandoor was broken and they can't serve starters anymore. He then proceeded to say that he just changed our main-course order without asking (jeera rice instead of garlic naan) and that's all he can give us. The staff was completely unprofessional and even the boss-like guy was just untrained. The main-course eventually arrived. The items were good but portion-size was way too little for the price charged. The outside seating looked nice but was too hot for lunch. The inside seating with white tiled walls looked like a hospital. No ambience whatsoever. The boss-like guy said sorry but made no efforts to correct their unprofessional mistake and our bad experience, only saying that this won't happen next time. There won't be a next time for us. They don't know how to run a restaurant. Don't recommend wasting anyone's time at this place.
