We have ordered 1 chicken biryani, 1 biriyani rice and chicken dry fry. The biriyani rice was not boiled up to mark and felt very hard to eat. Also the taste was not good. Dry fry was good. They are providing good quantity, especially biriyani. Considering the same I guess bread items would be better than rice items. I visited NH Fast Food Family Restaurant while traveling to Alapuzha, and it's conveniently located by the highway. We ordered chapathy, chicken varatyath, beef varatyath, chicken fry, and a cup of coffee. The flavors were superb, but the only downside was that the food seemed a bit cold. It would be great if they could ensure hot servings. On the bright side, the customer service was commendable, and the staff was attentive and good. Despite the temperature hiccup, the taste and quality of the food left a positive impression. I would highly recommend NH Fast Food Family Restaurant to anyone passing through the area for its delicious offerings and overall good quality. Service: Dine in
