Staff : Sushant and Sunny Disappointing Experience with Delivery Order I'm extremely dissatisfied with my recent delivery order experience. Unfortunately, the staff's behavior and attitude were completely unacceptable. The staff were unhelpful, non-cooperative, and utterly unresponsive to my concerns. When I tried to address the issues with my order, they seemed completely disinterested and unapologetic. My small request was to change just one dish to the any other with same or higher value as mistakenly ordered. My request made was just after 4mins of final order as mentioned to Mr Sunny and Mr Sushant but the biggest problem was that they didn't listen to me at all. I had to repeat myself multiple times, and even then, my concerns were unheard. The staff's behavior was not only unprofessional but also rude. It was clear that they were not interested in providing good customer service or resolving my issues. Overall, my experience with this delivery order was appalling. The staff's attitude and behavior were completely unacceptable, and I would not recommend this service to anyone. Eventually my bad mood made their whole food into disheartened. Food: 3 Service: 1

Namaste people !! Hope things are in sync with you !! Whenever i am looking for North Indian food I always get stuck between dhaba or swagat but this time I’ve decided to change the tide for good & that’s how i was able to find this outlet with peculiar name. Ambersar - Not only the name which sounds so unique but also the quality of food that they offer is to look for. Since, wine was on the rocks we somehow started to feel like heavy some delicious tandoori & butter chicken with lip smacking naans. About the food - Tandoori chicken was so tender and succulent. Not very hard to chew same was the consistency of butter chicken. The gravy was bit different than the usual butter chicken curry. I somehow find the curry bit heavy but a real treat !! Naans were not only enormous but delicious too. Not hard to chew. About delivery service & price - We received the order within 40 mins. Packing was commendable. The price was bit on the higher side but worth the shot !!
