Do not order from @ambersardelivers. They do not deliver what is requested, and their quality has gone down. The restaurant is unable to solve the issue. They send plain tandoori parantha in the name of Kulcha. They refused to change the name on the menu and wish to fool the audience! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Staff : Sushant and Sunny Disappointing Experience with Delivery Order I'm extremely dissatisfied with my recent delivery order experience. Unfortunately, the staff's behavior and attitude were completely unacceptable. The staff were unhelpful, non-cooperative, and utterly unresponsive to my concerns. When I tried to address the issues with my order, they seemed completely disinterested and unapologetic. My small request was to change just one dish to the any other with same or higher value as mistakenly ordered. My request made was just after 4mins of final order as mentioned to Mr Sunny and Mr Sushant but the biggest problem was that they didn't listen to me at all. I had to repeat myself multiple times, and even then, my concerns were unheard. The staff's behavior was not only unprofessional but also rude. It was clear that they were not interested in providing good customer service or resolving my issues. Overall, my experience with this delivery order was appalling. The staff's attitude and behavior were completely unacceptable, and I would not recommend this service to anyone. Eventually my bad mood made their whole food into disheartened. Food: 3 Service: 1
