the quality of the mutton piece is the very lowest category. I could not imagine how the owners use such quality products for their customers. the piece of the mutton is very stiff, and rotten smell. It's surely frigging after a long time. the gravy of the mutton is likely very badly tested and smells. I could not eat the biryani with a single spoon. It's distribution to street dogs in our apartment. I am very much distressed and unhappy with the ' New Kolkata Biryani team '
