taste good but kethchup & chutney got in very less quantity. & no soup with the steam momo which I ordered along with fried & cheese momo.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience while you missed during your fooding ordered from NCR Cloud Kitchen, so please note that we don't deliver soup with any momo dishes as we had a bad experience delivering free soup package in sealed cup as those are served hot and delivery is quite risky if that hot soup spills which most of the time happens due to the pressure in delivery persons food baggage so we quit delivering soup else for the momo I guess u could hv given atleast a 5 star so that we can grow our business with smile when others read your review hope we get another order for that.

I ordered 3 different types of momos via Zomato as I saw good reviews of NCR CLOUD KITCHEN, but unfortunately the reviews proved to be miss leading. The Himalayan Chicken momo had no chicken only onion in it, the Himalayan cheese momo was filled with onions and a little bit of cheese on the outer surface. And what shall I say about pan fried prawn schezwan chilli momo was all onions and no prawns, also the out layer of the momo was slightly burned. They sent only one chutney for the 3 momos was so less in quantity. On top of that I saw the response to negative reviews by the owner, he is so rude. Criticism should be accepted in such kind of bussiness and the owner should work on them to improve. “BIG DISAPPOINTMENT”

Please read description before you order as the momos we serve are having keema/minched stuffings of chicken or say prawn and yes the cheese momos even we accept that needs to be improven, but if you can't find description you can never find chicken/prawn into our momos then. And try to put your suggestions on how we can bring improvement in the same items, either than putting negative reviews here and their on the web.
