GHATIYA is the word. Extremely poor management and even poor service. We waited for an hour for masala dosa and sambhar. The cooks kept telling the sambhar is cooking, another 10 mins another 15 mins. Ordered 2 coffees and a chilly potato. Coffee was good, chilly potato was pathetic - too much salt, moreover i was sitting inside and i saw 1 guy tasting the food to be served to customers, licking his finger and dipping it again in the food. Fast forward to 1 hour 10 minutes, our patience gave up we paid our bill and left to another adjoining joint. If you are at Jhansi Railway station do not got to Namaste Jhansi restaurant. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
