The food here is absolutely terrible. The soup tasted horrible — watery, artificial, and clearly made from readymade powders or processed mixes. There was nothing fresh about it, and the smell itself was off-putting. The rest of the dishes were no better. Everything tasted like processed food with packet gravies. For the price they charge, this level of cheap, low-quality cooking is unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this restaurant. Total disappointment. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I recently ( 16.11.2025 SUNDAY )visited the Nalan rooftop restaurant and was truly impressed by the service. Even though the entire section was managed by a single Caption Monish , the experience was smooth, professional, and extremely welcoming.He handled greeting, seating, taking orders, serving, follow-ups, and billing all by himself — and still made sure every guest felt taken care of. His communication was clear, his attitude was polite, and his multitasking skills were excellent.Despite being alone on the floor, he never made us wait. The service was fast, organized, and always with a smile. It's rare to see such dedication and efficiency.A big appreciation to the captain for making our evening wonderful. The restaurant is lucky to have someone who truly understand
