Visited Nani’s Pure Veg, Jubilee Hills, on 3rd May 2025, and had a very disappointing experience. Despite clearly giving specific cooking instructions while placing the order, the food was served completely different from what was requested. The quality was extremely poor and the taste was far below expectations.The staff seemed overwhelmed by the crowd and were inattentive to the details. Manager Rahul, instead of addressing the issue politely, was extremely rude when we raised our concerns. The food served was incomplete and visibly not made properly, yet the team kept arguing instead of accepting their mistake.As a paying customer, it’s disappointing to be treated this way. Just because the restaurant is busy doesn’t mean you can compromise on quality and customer respect. We paid a good amount expecting a satisfying meal, but were instead served badly cooked, tasteless food.Rahul’s behavior was totally unprofessional and dismissive. When we pointed out the issues, he simply brushed us off and continued justifying the restaurant’s mistake. There was no apology or effort made to rectify the situation.Restaurants must understand that for them it might be just one customer among hundreds, but for us, it’s an experience we’re paying for. Such service is unacceptable and needs to be addressed seriously.

The best family friendly restaurant I stumbled across in hyderabad. Service is beyond words. Our server Vaishali was caring and sweetq. The food was good only. Price is also reasonable Would definitely visit again. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food is great. The atmosphere is very nice. Perfect recommendation for an evening out with friends and family. Get's a little bit crowded sometimes so there might be some wait time. Staff is very nice and even at peak crowd, service is very fast and efficient. 10/10 recommendation to visit and try food.
