We were fan of Narad bramha from quite some time. We use to take from other outlets before this outlet opens because of quality, value for money. when this starts we were happy as it is near to my society. We brought bulk when relatives came to home and we promoted this to them also. But a sad experience after a few times from here... 1. Maintenance was not good, within a few months the atmosphere was so unhygienic, maintained by only boys, this outlet seems just an investor invested and left on the working team of course I did not see any accountability to maintain 2. Food quality - when you eat hot items we dont realise, after we brought to home and wait for 10-20 min, when you taste, you really wont go next time 3. Value for money - initially the size of idli / wada was decent, now a days its become so small, am not sure its the case only this branch or all outlets Seems after customer acquisition, value has gone, typical modern business model The owners should also have some type of audits on their franchise to see reality otherwise it will impact your brand...
