The cafe is a pretty small one having about 4-5 tables but there is a serene feel to it.It is basically inside a yoga studio but outsiders can eat there.
Now talking about the food part....
We had ordered a sweet lime juice, herbed brown rice with stir-fried vegetables , stir-fried babycorn wid scallops and garlic.
The Sweet Lime juice was very fresh and tasty and they did serve a big glass of it.However it is a bit overpriced.
The stir-fried babycorn wasnt the crispy version, however the babycorn had a sweet n spicy flavour which I really liked.
The herbed brown rice with vegetables was the show-stealer.The presentation of the dish is amazing. Also the rice was really moist and caught all of the flavours of the corn and other vegetables it was made with.Although the dish was a bit oily, the flavours were very nice.
Overall,Mystic Yoga Cafe is a good break from your heavy restaurant food, and a must-try for health freaks !
