Mysore Raman Idli seems like a promising place. I ordered my breakfast via Swiggy, trying their mini idli sambar and butter masala dosa. The idli was average, it lacked the soft, spongy texture that ideally soaks up the sambar’s flavors. However, the sambar itself was good. The biggest disappointment was the dosa, but more so due to the poor packaging. It arrived soggy, which took away from the experience. That said, the flavors were spot on and the batter had a subtle fermented taste, and the masala was well-balanced, pairing nicely with the chutney. I’d definitely like to try the dosa at the restaurant itself to see its true potential, rather than letting delivery ruin the experience. Food: 3 Service: 3
