Bad customer service. Plain dosa was good enough for 90 rs. Cocunut chutney was bad. Sambar was awful. Red chutney was the only nice part. Coffee didn't even had sugar. Usually I never put a bad review for anyone. This was disgusting. Never go there.

I visited Mysore Raman Idli Hotel after seeing a lot of social media hype, and I tried their Podi Butter Idli Combo, which you can see in the photo. The food itself is quite good — the idli is soft, the podi has a strong flavour, and the butter makes it rich and tasty. The chutneys and sambar also feel fresh and clean. However, the overall experience is not as great as the online popularity suggests. The hotel is right next to a busy road, and the seating area is very close to the traffic. While eating, dust from the road can easily blow onto the food, which makes the meal uncomfortable. The space is also cramped, and during busy hours you may have to wait or adjust your seating. Another drawback is the pricing. For such a basic setup, the food feels quite expensive. The quality is good, but the portions are small, and the cost doesn’t match the simplicity of the place. If the prices were more reasonable, the inconvenience of the location and seating wouldn’t feel as frustrating.
