Food is good, only vegetarian options. It’s a small place with few tables. So if you go as family or group then you may not get seat to sit together or need to wait. There is no parking space. Update July 2025. This place is renovated, now there are more space to dine in, still no parking. Very poor service. And for mulakupodi ( chutney powder ) they charged extra 40₹. And food was less than average for what we pay. I won't go second time. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ₹1–200

Mysore Raman Idli seems like a promising place. I ordered my breakfast via Swiggy, trying their mini idli sambar and butter masala dosa. The idli was average, it lacked the soft, spongy texture that ideally soaks up the sambar’s flavors. However, the sambar itself was good. The biggest disappointment was the dosa, but more so due to the poor packaging. It arrived soggy, which took away from the experience. That said, the flavors were spot on and the batter had a subtle fermented taste, and the masala was well-balanced, pairing nicely with the chutney. I’d definitely like to try the dosa at the restaurant itself to see its true potential, rather than letting delivery ruin the experience. Food: 3 Service: 3
