We recently ordered a Very Berry Cake from this bakery, but unfortunately, the cake delivered was completely different from the picture displayed on their menu. There was no prior confirmation or clarification before they changed the design and presentation entirely. When I contacted Zomato support, they connected me with the bakery owner. Instead of addressing the concern professionally, he responded by saying that the message we requested “wouldn’t fully fit,” and without discussing any alternative, they simply modified the cake on their own. The conversation that followed was extremely disappointing. When I requested them to take the cake back, I was bluntly told, “Wapas nahi hoga, aap Zomato se baat karlo,” and the call was disconnected without even allowing me to respond. The rude behavior was honestly worse than the product itself. Coming to the cake — for ₹1100 for a 0.5 kg cake, one expects at least freshness and quality. Sadly, both were lacking. The cake was overly sweet, did not taste fresh, and surprisingly had no fresh berries in what was supposed to be a “Very Berry” cake. It failed on taste, presentation, and overall value for money. Overall, a very disappointing experience in every aspect — product, service, and customer handling. Udaipur truly deserves bakeries that deliver quality worth the price, if not quantity. This owner is telling me in the response that he did not disconnect the call quoting zomato se baat karlo, for this absolute bad response zomato executive immediately escalated this and made sure we get our refund. Also, I dont understand how freshly made cake was delivered in 22 minutes? And then immediately went out of stock because clearly it was last shelf piece. And you did not confirm anything by calling, we called you before ordering you said khatam ho gaya fresh banana padega and said nothing about this taking extra time and you know that you did not and then delivered it in 22 minutes. Every word you wrote in the response is a lie so please learn to be humble to your customers, blaming and trying to prove us wrong won't help you in anyway. And plus this whole thing about your/owner's behavior we could have compromised with your wrong product which zomato also confirmed by verifying pictures and videos. BEFORE MODIFYING AND CHANGING CUSTOMER'S REQUIREMENT, CALL THEM AND ASK THEM, INSTEAD OF BEING IGNORANT ABOUT IT AFTERWARDS. We believe in transparency and would like to correct the record. You were informed before ordering that the cake would be freshly prepared and would take extra time. You agreed. The original design has piping on top with no space for a message. At your request, we modified the design slightly to accommodate the message — purely to fulfill your requirement. The product description on Zomato clearly mentions berry compote, not fresh berries. We delivered exactly what is described. The cake was freshly made. Claims about staleness or quality are incorrect. Pricing is clearly displayed, and orders are placed after reviewing it. We did not disconnect the call; it was routed through Zomato and dropped from their end. At MYSAA, quality and customer satisfaction are our priorities. However, we do not accept false allegations or misrepresentation of facts. We stand by our product and our service.

Viplov and Purna made above and beyond to ensure this gorgeous cake was envisioned, created and delivered to us perfectly. The cake complimented the essence of the evening absolutely. Not only did the cake look amazing, the taste was heavenly as well, with guests asking for a piece even the following day. Highly recommend Mysaa for your special occasions!!
